Annapolis home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Annapolis rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 18.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 563 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $348,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 691 homes sold in Annapolis in 2017.
