Maryland City home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Maryland City rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 242 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 257 homes sold in Maryland City in 2016.
