Anne Arundel Community College issued the following announcement on Dec. 31.
What a year! In 2019, AACC!
-broke ground on the Health and Life Sciences Building.
-received a $1 million commitment to support the new Clauson Center for Innovation and Skilled Trades. Anne Arundel Community College Foundation
-celebrated AACC Dance Company's 30th anniversary and the AACC Architecture, Interior Design and Construction Management's 50th anniversary.
-held Commencement at the Event Center at Live! Casino & Hotel for the first time.
-rededicated our Martin Luther King Jr. statue.
-welcomed City of Glasgow College for a culinary competition.
-celebrated our faculty's many accomplishments.
-started a podcast called Redefine U.
-rebooted the Riverhawks in Focus series to bring you more stories from our students.
