Of the 5,970 people living in Naval Academy in 2019, 25.8 percent (1,538) were women and 74.2 percent (4,432) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Anne Arundel Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 4,335-to-1,463. All nine individuals in the 65 and over age range were men.
