Lake Shore home prices rose in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Lake Shore rose by $13,175 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 4.3% increase over the $304,325 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Lake Shore in May 2020.
