May 2021: Mayo experienced a 6.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Mayo fell by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 6.1% decrease over the $367,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Mayo in May 2020.
