Home prices increased in Maryland City during May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Maryland City rose by $29,500 while total sales decreased by 78.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 8.7% increase over the $340,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Maryland City in May 2020.
