Shady Side home prices rose in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Shady Side rose by $150,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 49.2% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Shady Side in May 2020.
