May 2021: Annapolis Neck experienced a 18.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Annapolis Neck rose by $98,500 while total sales decreased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $625,000 - a 18.7% increase over the $526,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Annapolis Neck in May 2020.
