April 2021: Shady Side experienced a 8.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Shady Side rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Shady Side in April 2020.
