The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Annapolis rose by $66,750 while total sales decreased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $431,650 - a 18.3% increase over the $364,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Annapolis in April 2020.
