April 2021: Home prices in Cape St. Claire increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Cape St. Claire rose by $70,300 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 18.3% increase over the $384,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Cape St. Claire in April 2020, as well.
