April 2021: Mayo experienced a 61.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Mayo rose by $245,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $645,000 - a 61.5% increase over the $399,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Mayo in April 2020.
