March 2021: Home prices in Edgewater fell

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Edgewater fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $354,950 - a 2.1% decrease over the $362,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Edgewater in March 2020.
