November 2020: Home prices in Maryland City increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Maryland City rose by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 72.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $323,000 - a 1.7% increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Maryland City in November 2019.
