November 2020: Home prices in Annapolis increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Annapolis rose by $118,000 while total sales increased by 39.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $535,000 - a 28.3% increase over the $417,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Annapolis in November 2019.
