Annapolis median home prices rose by 11.9% in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Annapolis rose by $44,000 while total sales increased by 28.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 11.9% increase over the $371,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Annapolis in October 2019.
