Home prices increased in Lake Shore during September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Lake Shore rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 1.7% increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Lake Shore in September 2019.
