The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Mayo rose by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 14.7% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Mayo in September 2019.
