Arnold home prices rose in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Arnold rose by $102,358 while total sales decreased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 29.9% increase over the $342,642 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Arnold in September 2019.
