The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Annapolis rose by $107,000 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,000 - a 27.2% increase over the $393,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Annapolis in September 2019.
