Annapolis Neck median home prices rose by 19.3% in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Annapolis Neck rose by $123,000 while total sales increased by 43.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $759,000 - a 19.3% increase over the $636,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Annapolis Neck in September 2019.
