Edgewater median home prices rose by 16.4% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Edgewater rose by $54,000 while total sales decreased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $384,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Edgewater in the first quarter of 2020.
