The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Lake Shore fell by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $316,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $327,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Lake Shore in June 2019.
