The third quarter of 2020: Home prices in Ferndale increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Ferndale rose by $39,100 while total sales decreased by 24.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 15.9% increase over the $245,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Ferndale in the third quarter of 2019.
