Home prices increased in Lake Shore during the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Lake Shore rose by $11,850 while total sales decreased by 3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,600 - a 3.7% increase over the $317,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Lake Shore in the third quarter of 2019.
