Shady Side home prices rose in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Shady Side rose by $47,000 while total sales decreased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 15.3% increase over the $308,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Shady Side in the third quarter of 2019.
