The third quarter of 2020: Home prices in Jessup increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Jessup rose by $11,910 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $348,090 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Jessup in the third quarter of 2019.
