Pricing for the median home in Maryland City increased during the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Maryland City rose by $86,500 while total sales decreased by 46.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 30.5% increase over the $283,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Maryland City in the third quarter of 2019.
