The third quarter of 2020: Edgewater experienced a 7.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Edgewater rose by $26,969 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $373,250 - a 7.8% increase over the $346,281 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Edgewater in the third quarter of 2019.
