Home prices decreased in Herald Harbor during the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Herald Harbor fell by $127,500 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 25.4% decrease over the $502,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Herald Harbor in the third quarter of 2019.
