Home prices increased in Maryland City during May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Maryland City rose by $63,500 while total sales decreased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,500 - a 22.9% increase over the $277,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Maryland City in May 2019.
