Home prices increased in Annapolis during the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Annapolis rose by $62,000 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 173 homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 15.8% increase over the $393,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 188 homes sold in Annapolis in the third quarter of 2019.
