The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Annapolis rose by $58,250 while total sales increased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $433,250 - a 15.5% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Annapolis in May 2019.
