What happened to the median home price in Annapolis Neck during the third quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Annapolis Neck rose by $110,000 while total sales increased by 41.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $615,000 - a 21.8% increase over the $505,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Annapolis Neck in the third quarter of 2019.
