The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Pasadena rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 112 homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,500 - a 7.9% increase over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Pasadena in the second quarter of 2019.
