Falling home prices in Lake Shore in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Lake Shore fell by $8,050 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,900 - a 2.5% decrease over the $327,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Lake Shore in the second quarter of 2019.
