Maryland City median home prices rose by 15.5% in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Maryland City rose by $43,750 while total sales decreased by 39.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $326,250 - a 15.5% increase over the $282,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Maryland City in the second quarter of 2019.
