The second quarter of 2020: Home prices in Edgewater fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Edgewater fell by $7,750 while total sales increased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,250 - a 2.2% decrease over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Edgewater in the second quarter of 2019.
