Home prices decreased in Arnold during the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Arnold fell by $21,000 while total sales decreased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 125 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 5.1% decrease over the $411,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 142 homes sold in Arnold in the second quarter of 2019.
