Rising home prices in Annapolis in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Annapolis rose by $3,750 while total sales decreased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 144 homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,250 - a 0.9% increase over the $408,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 184 homes sold in Annapolis in the second quarter of 2019.
