Cape St. Claire median home prices rose by 2.7% in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Cape St. Claire rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 57.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $416,000 - a 2.7% increase over the $405,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in the second quarter of 2019.
