The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Mayo rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 1.2% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Mayo in the second quarter of 2019.
