The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Riviera Isle rose by $99,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $459,500 - a 27.6% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Riviera Isle in the second quarter of 2019.
