Home prices increased in Riva during the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Riva rose by $43,500 while total sales decreased by 40.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - a 10.1% increase over the $431,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Riva in the second quarter of 2019.
