Falling home prices in Briarwood in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Briarwood fell by $72,920 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,580 - a 12.7% decrease over the $573,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Briarwood in the second quarter of 2019.
