The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Crownsville rose by $141,500 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $899,000 - a 18.7% increase over the $757,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Crownsville in the second quarter of 2019.
