Home prices increased in Maryland City during the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Maryland City rose by $6,500 while total sales increased by 47.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,000 - a 2.1% increase over the $312,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Maryland City in the fourth quarter of 2018.
