The third quarter of 2019: Home prices in Ferndale increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Ferndale rose by $19,900 while total sales increased by 20.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,900 - a 8.8% increase over the $226,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Ferndale in the third quarter of 2018.
