How did home prices perform in Shady Side during the third quarter of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Shady Side rose by $26,433 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $308,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $281,567 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Shady Side in the third quarter of 2018.
